hi everyone I'm new here not new to spina bifida have been dealing with it since birth. I am in early adulthood with a history of abuse so this is difficult. I'm showing signs on endometriosis from what i have read online about the problem. However here is the thing I'm not sure how this all ties into spina bifida or if it does at all. First off i have a rod in my back i figure that is important if anyone out there can help me. Long story short been having really painfully periods not every time but enough to worry me. I have allot of back pain and side pain with alto of cramping and bleeding. The cramping sometimes even starts to be severe enough before i have a period at all and I'm miserable for days. It seems that when my cramping is that bad that it is from the middle of my back to my knees both in front and back. My sides get really tender to touch along with my pelvic bone. Is there anyone out there that is suffering from any or all of theses symptoms during there time of the month with spina bifida?? would love your input and look forward to hearing from u with any suggestions or answers u may have
